Theming the Debian Linux GNOME shell

This is my first try fixing the problems of Debian 12's default
desktop. I'm on a contribution strike until the American system stops
acting up in bad software architectures in order to get me to alter my
overall workflow to support software problematics and speeches. Demand
they drop the Debian confuser policy that keeps most maintainers away.
There's no excuse for bloat and the lack of support for old
computers.
